We had to go through multiple days and HOURS of training to be able to properly use that system. 6crickets has come in and simplified everything. There were some small things at the beginning that were problematic...like getting time zones accurate for registrations coming in from across the country, but it was addressed and fixed. Basically anything that didn't function like common sense says it should, I've addressed with them and they've fixed it or made it even better than I even imagined. > > I NEVER would've guessed that my online registration system would also double as a sales agent…so to speak. 6crickets is definitely responsible for a growing portion of my registrations and business growth, especially with things going online.
