It would be really helpful to have subtasks within a task to better organize more detailed workflows. Also, the search function could be improved, right now you can only search by title, so it’s hard to find things based on descriptions or comments, which slows things down at times. > > Overall, Breezeway has been amazing for our operations. It’s essentially where our company “lives” , if it’s not in Breezeway, it doesn’t exist. Everything runs through it, from task management to coordinating with cleaners and vendors. It’s also very easy to use for both admins and cleaners, which makes onboarding and day-to-day execution much smoother. Their customer support has been great as well, always responsive and ready to help when needed. For the value you get, the pricing is very reasonable.
