> **Pros**: Ballast is constructed with great features that help you spot trends in your organization, assisting with the remediation of risks and overall performance.  Easy to use and allows for target users to provide feedback on findings and create an audit log between the target user and the Risk Manager.

> **Cons**: The integration of Ballast into our organization proved to have minimal impact.  The implementation was smooth and the technical support was superior.
> 
> We use BALLAST as a quarterly assessment tool to evaluate company operational excellence.  This allows our organization to have a continuous look at areas of concern and areas where we are delivering on KPIs.
