They talked a big game, but once we signed up, it became clear that this company is a complete disaster. They are unresponsive, unorganized, and full of empty promises. Despite complaining multiple times, they reassured us they would follow through—only for things to get worse. With constant staff changes, canceled training appointments, and excuses, it's been three months, and we still don't have the software we paid for\! To make matters worse, they charged us before the 30-day mark, even though we had already decided to terminate the contract. Without our permission, they withdrew the full amount from our Visa, claiming they didn’t need our consent\! We gave them multiple chances to make things right, but they are nothing short of scammers.
