> **Pros**: The end-to-end digital loan origination workflow is well structured and intuitive. Automation of credit decisioning, document collection, and borrower communication helps reduce manual effort and improves turnaround time. The platform is flexible enough to support different loan products and underwriting rules, which is valuable from an operational and compliance standpoint.  Once you get the hang of it, it is very intuitive.  Every recommendation, they are willing to take it, analize it and implement it as soon as possible.

> **Cons**: The main limitation is around immediate, out-of-the-box visualization. Native reporting and dashboards could be more robust for real-time operational visibility. While API access makes it possible to build a custom data layer and configure reporting as needed, this requires additional effort and external tooling rather than being readily available within the platform.

> Overall, my experience with DigiFi has been positive. The platform provides a solid digital loan origination framework with strong automation capabilities that streamline credit decisioning and borrower workflows. While there are areas where configuration complexity and reporting visibility could be improved, DigiFi is a capable and scalable solution that supports efficient operations and regulatory-aware lending processes.

> **Pros**: Incredibly powerful and flexible. Able to meet our compliance needs and our tech needs and way beyond. Easy interface for loan originators and API native allows us to add features that are specific to our individual use case.

> **Cons**: Hard to find anything to dislike. We've been with them for three years now and the product is continually improving.  Often times we will ask their support "hey do you have XYZ feature" and on the rare occasion they don't, it is added in 3-6 months.
> 
> We've been working with them for a long time and they have been absolutely critical to our success and ability to serve our end customers. Their platform is incredibly flexible and allows us to originate loans quicker and more efficiently while maintaining stringent underwriting criteria.

I wish that Snowflake integrations could be managed within the platform so that changes to queries or adding new integrations could be completed internally.
