> **Pros**: For the past few months customers are experiencing error messages for; time-outs, session-locks, couldn't reach the service, and booking failed.
Throughout this period no progress has been made to resolve the service issues.

Access to the Brims Active service, as a user it takes many attempts to make a class booking, taking around 8 or 9 minutes.
> 
> For the past few months customers are experiencing error messages for; time-outs, session-locks, couldn't reach the service, and booking failed.
