It is easy to navigate and find exactly what you need with great customer support service. Something that I believe is a huge role in making sure that everything is organized, is the use of Google products to easily share documents with everyone in the firm. The confusion of physical paper files is something we do not have to worry about. Making sure every document goes into each client's profile and being able to have the entire office access it, is worth more than a five-star review. > > **Cons**: Something that I find I am a little iffy about, is the search capabilities. I think making it a little easier to search and find a specific case is really the only thing I would find useful. Being able to search up a person using a phone number is hard to find because of the picky way the search tool is with case sensitivity. I would like to just type in the last four numbers of a phone number and be able to see any client with that number.
