I was expecting to receive an email back several hours later, but instead I received a phone call within the hour.  In this day and age you don't get the one on one contact with a real human being. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was very helpful and took care of my problem right a way.  She even called back several days later to make sure I wasn't having any more issues. Just for the one on one customer service I recommend Ascend to anyone\!
