Its a bit inconvenient when front office has to manually input customer's data meanwhile customer has to wait a little longer to check in. -Extraction of sales report is always indicating some errors such as sales is calculated based on "the date of added payment" instead of sales date which make us have to do a double job by creating manual booking sheet in order to check and tally every single booking with Softinn sales report. -Another system error that constantly encounter is each time we edit the comment box in guest reservation page, the room charges will automatically change to ZERO. > > Overall experience is good, I personally find their customer support is pretty excellent.
