> **Pros**: Galisto solves various daily business tasks without using a lot of different tools and prevents  this way the creation of numrerous adminstration intensive data silos.&#10;One Important thing is also that you can share pieces of information secure and private to internal and external partners. &#10;We have also a lot of not very experienced users which are able to use the platform for their needs.

> **Cons**: Due to the wide variety of functionality, there is some initial effort needed to effectively use the platform. &#10;Galisto absorbs this as much as possible by providing user/role based interfaces for specific tasks.

> The main benefit is the collection of variuos task on one single system. Together with the possibility to integrate existing systems by connectors, it is a very powerful tool for us.

> **Pros**: With Galisto we could reduce the number of tools to do our work. Galisto provides one safe place for all information and handles all the complexity in the background. We are also able to share information with our external partners secure and private in the platform without any additional cloud service neccessary.

> **Cons**: Galisto supports the creating and networking of information in a very flexible way. It takes some time to be able to effectively use the whole platform. Galisto is aware of this and provides a step by step approach for new users.
> 
> We use Galisto for various things: meeting minutes, posting small pieces of information, document management, large file handling, collaboration (internal and external), CMS substitution, planning, ... The big benefit is, that you don't have different tools and you always know where to start for adding new information, commenting existing information or searching. Partners can also be integrated and are able to work directly with our information. This closes the feedback loop which is normally left open (e.g. email)
