The developers WILL NOT give me a working license key to use the software I paid for, as the one I received when I purchased it now gives an error message. As seen in the attached email they grill you on how many people are using this software, and then never reply to help fix the situation. They need to do what every modern software package does when it comes to licenses, and allow you to remove devices that a license is attached to or verify with an internet connection that a license is only being used by one device at a time.
