> **Pros**: It integrates with our FedEx \& USPS accounts, making starting a pack and ship store more seamless\!

> **Cons**: We haven't figured out a way to pull up ProPack Estimates when guests come back and want to go through with the job so we have to start the Packing job from scratch each time. The Cashmate system that accompanies PostalMate sometimes is a bit dated and not as modern as some other Cashier systems out there but it gets the job done\!

> **Pros**: I love the ease of use that PostalMate offers. Simply read what is on the screen and you are on your way to shipping a package or handling a drop off. Once you have the software set up with all of your correct settings and rates, it is very simple to use. Even someone who has not had much experience with it can easy complete a sale.

> **Cons**: There are a few little things that I would change with the software. Nothing major, but just a few things that I don't personally like. Such as the way the pro packing section is set up, and the way that you search into certain things like past sales and statistics.

> PostalMate is a one stop shop for running a packing and shipping store. It doubles as a shipping system and a POS system. You can use it to run the whole store. Shipments are easy imported to the POS for sales, as well as being able to add other products to the sale. You can keep track of customers and their information very easily. It also allows you to add in mailbox rental. Which is a great addition. There are updates for the software all the time which keeps it up to date with the ever changing world. As well as excellent customer service and webinars almost weekly to keep everybody informed on the new features and aspects of the software and the business.

> **Pros**: There are many things to like about this software, all your shipping services are integrated onto one platform. Shipping packages for your customers have been so much easier now that using PostalMate, you are easily given the cost breakdown of the whole shipment. Within seconds, you can make a shipping decision to your customer and provide them with services that will benefit you as a business as well as provide the most reliable service to the customer. I like that when you are given different carrier options, you are also shown the profit that the business will make from the different options. Along with that, this platform lets you store customer information for future shipping use.

> **Cons**: Theres not much to dislike about this software. One thing I can say is that sometimes it did become little slow, which might be an issue if you have multiple customers waiting in line
