### "It's all about selling you, then you're left alone in silence without a working product" — 1.0/5

> **Pros**: The setup people were very nice and attentive. That's where it all ends.

> **Cons**: It just doesn't work. It's that simple. It was fully down for a couple of months and no one told us and when we asked for help it was crickets. No worries, we try software all the time, we'll just cancel it and move on with the lesson learned. Nope. There's no 30-day out. You're stuck paying for a full YEAR, and in our case that's around $5k. For nothing.

> The sales process was nice and a lot of promises were made and then when the contract was signed and 'setup' was completed, nothing. It doesn't work and is effectively worthless. Like, poke it with a stick and nothing. Zero help. Zero support. 
This wouldn't be so awful if we could just part ways but you can't. You have to sit with a year contract for nothing. No product. No support. No service. Most people don't care and sign up for this so they can tell their boss they bought a reputation management platform. We care and it doesn't do anything.
