> **Pros**: We have been using this software since about more than 2 years. We found this software very helpful to manage multiple channels' e-Commerce Inventory, Order, Shipping labels printing. This type of software is must if any one selling his products on multiple e-Commerce channels. Also their Customer Support is very nice. Generally, we do not need to connect Customer Support Executive but when we connect with them some time, their support is very very good. Our problems are resolved without any delay.

> **Pros**: Browntape is Easy To Use and mostly the Back End Team is Awesome. Whether it was Dharvi or currently Bertilla.

> **Cons**: There are a few things to develop to match the competitor,  like Taxation Issue ex. in Ajio PO all taxation is 5% but in Browntape report you can find 12% GST instead of 5 % and the same with Myntra and other platforms also.
It will take so much time for us to upload the Sale data in Tally due to incorrect Taxation.
