> **Pros**: Ease of access to patient records, customer support is quick and reliable, can easily rearrange sections of patient charts according to what is used the most.
> 
> **Cons**: The system is clunky and outdated. Not at all user friendly. It’s been one of the hardest systems for me to learn. At least twice a month the system goes down and we are unable to do anything: check in, check out, prior authorizations, billing, our entire office is on pause until we get customer service on the phone.
> 
> My experience with GlaceEMR is not entirely a bad one. As stated, customer service is prompt and efficient. I just feel that the system should be as reliable as their employees.
