Preciseness is something important

Comments: The total experience is good to use as the tool for input, save, search, status proceed, matching or even classify on candidates profile.

Pros:

As I work on candidate side. I could say the software is easy to classify in a specific category. For example, when I look for a candidate from my pool, it can be tick and check for that candidate I am looking for.

Cons:

However, I feel spelling also somewhat significantly important. When we do search on something simple like job categories, a location which I found loads of misspelling. Some said that not a big point, but why do not we change to be correct one. One more thing is the way to search, like a blank tick, select, or free space. for example, in some category like religion, Nationality etc.

Comments: It's not just the job matching feature, which is the most important aspect for recruitment agencies, but it also functions effectively as a database for managing all relevant information.

Pros:

The customization options are impressive, allowing us to tailor it to our needs within a certain range. It also makes it easy to generate simple graphs from the system's data, so we don't have to constantly download the latest data ourselves when we want to review the numbers.

Cons:

If you don't have someone in-house who's dedicated to monitoring and improving the system regularly, it could be challenging to fully utilize its capabilities.

Comments: I think it is still efficient in using in enterprise process

Pros:

What I liked most about PORTERS is its intuitive interface and seamless functionality, which make complex tasks feel effortless. The platform’s customization options are a standout feature, allowing users to tailor it precisely to their needs. Additionally, their customer support is outstanding—quick, friendly, and always ready to assist. Overall, it’s a solution that combines efficiency with a user-friendly experience, making it a pleasure to use.

Cons:

The pace in using is kind of slow. What I liked least about PORTERS is that while the platform offers many powerful features, the learning curve for some advanced functionalities can be a bit steep. Additionally, certain processes could benefit from further streamlining to improve overall efficiency. That said, these are minor issues compared to the value the system provides.

A game-changer !!

Pros:

We have been using Porters as our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for [duration of use], and overall, it has been a great experience. The system has really helped improve our recruitment processes, making it easier to manage candidate and client data efficiently. The interface is simple and easy to use, which has made our work smoother and faster. One thing we really like about Porters is how flexible it is. The action menu lets us create custom buttons that fit our internal processes, giving us more control. It also connects well with our automation tools, helping us get the most out of the system. The export feature is also very useful, allowing us to easily pull and analyze large amounts of data. While I’ve seen other ATS platforms with fancier dashboards, they don’t offer the same level of flexibility. Their export features are also more limited, which makes data analysis harder. In comparison, Porters gives us the tools we need to work more efficiently and make better decisions.

Cons:

As for improvements, while the export functions are great, adding more detailed analytics or customization options in the dashboard would provide deeper insights into our recruitment performance, without the need to juggle spreadsheets.

Good software

Comments: This software is very useful to expand the business for recruiting advise, also useful for finding a suitable candidate for career adviser.

Pros:

The multilingual support makes it very easy to use for companies with multinational staff. It is also easier to use than the software I used in my previous job as a human resources sales representative. Another attractive point is that users can customize the specifications.

Cons:

Not much, it would be better if we can copy the other company's job description.

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

Comments: I find HRBC needs more improvement in its dashboard, login page to have the option to save password so i can access with ease. We don't need any necessary notification as we also receive the notification via the email. It's hardly any user friendly.

Pros:

HRBC have a unique platform that allows you to custom/add materials. It always strive itself to improve better and be better than most platform that allows you to key corporate data.

Cons:

This software does not have "saved login" function. Also, as you soon as you reach the dashboard, there's a pop-up notification, which I am not able to disable it - which can be pretty annoying for every time I login into HRBC. It will be great if the dashboard can have some relatable business news to view. The search button is not customizable to have optional view on whether to open a search within same page or new page tab. Also, overtime, the data which I keyed in disappears. The new UI dashboard is not necessary, I prefer the previous one. Also, while viewing on mobile, it doesn't have a mobile version (microsite); it takes too much data on my phone and load longer time to access.

Best solution for HR business

Comments: I have been using Porters about 7 years, and I cannot image HR business without Porters.
It helps to store all data by cloud, and manage all data easily.
Also, CS team always response quickly and friendly.

Pros:

Very competitive fee, and Porters have all kye function for HR business. And, there are some very convenient functions.

Cons:

I need to pay the fee by USD, and I need to go to bank for the payment in Vietnamese USD transfer process.

Comments: We have been receiving support since the launch of our company. They have provided consultations in line with the changes in our organization and have suggested the most suitable customizations for each situation.

Pros:

Easy to customize to fit our company's needs.Being able to customize allows us to continuously implement the PDCA cycle, enabling us to challenge new things and easily make adjustments according to market changes. Comments: I have been using this product about 10 years already.
If the HR agency is looking for a new cloud system, I would certainly recommend PORTERS.

Pros:

This product is so easy to operate! And we can manage everything info, including “clients, candidates, job descriptions, processes, and sales. With this system, we can make our various operations more efficient!

Cons:

PORTERS should have more variety of uses. But I have not yet been able to use many of the features. Therefore, if possible, I would like to see more lecture on how to use this system.

Pros:

Very easy to use! Editing the UI is also very easy to change and you can customize as you want.

Cons:

Auto matching is weak. And Some of the data extraction is hard to understand.

Awesome Features!

Comments: I uses HR-Business Cloud on a daily basis (everyday), the display items, buttons, page interface everything is awesome. It might takes a few days to master the navigation but once you have done mastering, it won't be of an issue!

Pros:

The interface is user friendly, the buttons are easily found, the features are well displayed. The navigation to each page is found several times on the page itself hence not much of an issue of navigating.

Cons:

it would be good if there is any auto save/draft feature, as sometimes due to internet connection, the whole page will be gone - all the done work is not saved (waste of time and effort)

Candidate search is not that easy. Also we don’t know how to use this when team is small and still make full use of this product

Cons:
