> Our office has been using The Complete Exam (TCE) since 2007 and really enjoy the program. TCE is an extremely user-friendly program with a friendly help desk staff. Jay and Glenna are very easy to reach and always willing to help with a technical issue. They are always open to new ideas to implement into the program. Our digital x-ray program, Dexis, works well with TCE and makes it easy to import, export and view x-rays when needed. The back office uses the Probing Chart for inputting periodontal exams for all our patients. It allows you to enter specific current dental conditions for a patient such as existing implants, crowns, bridges, restorations, and missing teeth. The program has wonderful report templates and also gives you the option for creating your own reports depending on your office needs. Creating customized reports for the end of month has never been easier\!  

Converting to a paperless office has been an easy task working with TCE. The doctor, hygienist, and staff are able to enter clinical and administrative notes directly into the program with the proper date and time information needed for legal purposes. Insurance information is easy to assign to patients as well editing fee schedules when needed on a yearly basis. 

TCE is totally customizable for your practice and office needs. We highly recommend this program to any dental and periodontal office.

> I have been using The Complete Exam since I opened my office in June 2003, and I love it. It is user-friendly, we were able to connect with Quick Books and do a bridge with our Xray program. Everything is connected, and very easy to find. The fact that you only have to do the entry once it make it a time saver so I can use more time taking care of patients.

It definitely has a learning process, but is not that hard, and with the demo you can practice in fake movie stars.
In the real system, if you make mistakes, you can fix them before you close the chart. 
This  was  my  first  software, but we looked at many and this one was very easy from the  beginning.

I  have  the latest version and I keep it as a lease so we can get all the updates.
Jay and Glena are always very helpful.
The team learned fairly quickly, and everybody finds it very easy to use. The fact that we  do electronic claims is very good for tracking paid and unpaid bills.
