> **Pros**: The ease of getting set up. You can start with a cheaper monthly fee until you realize what you all want to do/need with the program. Easy to get items uploaded and also upload customer list. The integration is amazing for the price.

> After my free trial i thought there services were a good fit for my small compqny so I had desposited $700 to my account as an initial amount to use with them.  After a little more research i decited it was not going to be the best route to use after all.  I inquired about withdrawing the $700 i had deposited and to my dismay and show i was told i could not get my money back... so it stays with them and incures a 3 a month maintence fee.  Months later i am not charged $29.99 with no explanation.  

I am considering this fraudulent and an incredibly poor way to do buisness.  If somone wants to get a refund who has a made the wrong choice its normal to refund the money.  At best this is dishonorable
