> **Pros**: 3mensio is a great software for pre-operative sizing and planning for procedure. I am using this software to measure annulus size, coronary height, peripheral vessels size for TAVR or aortic valve replacement.

> **Cons**: It is a great software for pre-operative sizing but it need multiple practice to get accurate measurements.
> 
> It has been a great experience using it for structural heart diseases cases before pre-operation.
