Previously we were using another software and found they were not keeping up with technology. The support was aweful and never did we get a live person\! We were at a billing conferance when we were introduced to Brickell software and were so impressed. It was almost too good to be true after the struggles we had in the past. I cannot say enough about this company. They actually keep up with all the changes in this field\!\! When we call we get a live person and they ALWAYS get us what we need. Because we are a billing service we deal with a variety of specialties. Each one has it's own requirements and it is so challenging. I feel so confident and pleased that the employees at Brickell can keep up\!
