> **Pros**: It provides a great interface for easy communication between the organizer and exhibitors. I save a great amount of time by simply accepting or denying applications with one click and not having to write invoices and contracts by hand. Also, it save me the pain of collecting money from my customers.

> **Cons**: oras.io caters to a niche of trade fair organizers. This means funcionality outside of that scope is somewhat limited. However, the team took care of two feature requests made by me and really tried to help me out.

The oras.io team agreed to add some custom functionality for us (which is actually a great PRO - not a lot of software companies do that). However, they were extremely busy at the time so it took a while for our features to get finished.
