> **Pros**: The FAQ based navigation across the whole website is a whole new concept in itself. The tool also has an analytics feature built in, to help track "Whom we lost and where we lost them, if any AND whom we locked and how we locked them, if any". From a purely business perspective, this has led to lesser live chat volumes coming in. From a technical perspective, this tool goes beyond merely being a chat bot.

And as always, people learn from mistakes or from feedbacks, thats how the learning curve is. Hope they bring us the best with all the feedbacks given to them personally.
