Alternatives Considered:

One of the better ATS in the market!

Comments: The platform has helped us a lot in managing the candidate since we are working on high volume recruitment. A centralized system that enables us to view, process and analyze data all in one platform. Although some interface might not work best, Recruiterpal has been amazing at gathering our feedbacks and making the necessary changes asap to cater to our needs.

Pros:

1. Ability to have both hiring managers and recruiters on the same platform to view candidate pipeline. We are also able to add notes, comments on individual profiles for specific jobs tagged to the candidate. 2. Integration with hiring managers calendar to set up interviews and job template save a lot of manual work for the recruiters !!!

Cons:

no dashboard at the moment to see day to day activities and overall pipeline

Best ATS from Asia - RecruiterPal

Comments: Save time and hire good candidates - RecruiterPal is the tool we go to for recruitment

Pros:

For me, the bit that stood out as excellent, was the feature where we could tag the candidates easily for future reference - That made searching for the candidate within our talent pool very convenient, and we could recommend good candidates to other job vacancies that are active through the tagging system.

Cons:

It would be good if they can allow us to set rules on email replies to candidates, as we could follow up with the candidates over time.

A recruiter's system

Comments: From Client management to candidate management and lastly candidate recommendation, Recruiterpal has transformed how my agency operates more efficiently being the control panel for all our recruiters.
The fact that it is a cloud system, it also made it possible for us to showcase, incept new clients outside office premises, something that was not possible beforehand. Cheers and go for gold Recruiterpal!

Pros:

From a recruitment agency's stand point, it is critical that all leads are maintained and captured alongside all agreement versions previously negotiated / entered into and I must commend Recruiterpal's CRM driven approach that made it possible. The other feature that stood out is its technology that allowed cross platform job advertisement, eliminating manual entires thereby cutting time.

Cons:

Would be great is they have an app to allow candidates to apply to our job listings on the fly, increasing candidate pool.

Pros:

Cons:

If profile is done, not able to add in current work experience if candidate submit updated profile.

Great product for managing recruitment workflows

Comments: I think that for small companies looking to grow, RecruiterPal would be a good starting point to build the candidate base and pipeline. It is very easy to use, which means there is no learning curve for the line managers.

Pros:

We tried out RecruiterPal as we are looking to move from excel files to a system to manage our hiring process. It was easy for me and the team to understand how to navigate around the system, and I really like the feature where we can invite our team members to be kept updated on the candidate applications. We also like the ability to manage recruiters using the system, so that we can centralize all our candidate pool into one place.

Cons:

The enterprise version allows for greater functionalities, such as the ability to customize unique application forms for each job - That function would be useful for us as we like to ask our candidates different questions, but this feature is not available in the trial version.

Comments: Great ATS -

Pros:

Recruiterpal is functional and highly customizable to our hiring needs. It has a very clean interface and is very easy to use once you get the hang of it. It has become our one-stop platform for hiring - creating job postings, linking them to various job portals, screening candidates and pipeline building. We have also used RecruiterPal as our ATS and CRM for our career fair successfully. The RecuiterPal team supported us closely and is also very prompt in getting back with our requests on how we wanted the system to function for the fair. The reports generated are timely and easy to understand.

Cons:

It would be useful if information like time stamp (e.g. when we move candidates from one bucket into another etc.) could be downloaded and filtered easily by the users. Also if we could download our own reports on candidates/ job postings as well.

One platform for different info. (pls do not have a minimum word count for feedback. i typed in this line in order to move on.)

Cons:

Can't extract into a database of all fields for filtering info.

Significantly reduced hiring cycle time

Comments: The candidate pipeline overview identified our hiring gaps and got us thinking how to fix them. As a result, we had a much shorter hiring cycle time, even with jobs that are typically harder to fill.

Pros:

The candidate pipeline overview is where i spend most of my time on, and it paid off - From the single screen alone, we are able to identify the gaps in our recruitment process, and plug them in after we organize discussions around the gaps identified. As a result of this, our hiring cycle time was reduced, and we are able to get good candidates to join us in almost half the time.

Cons:

No section for us to include a job opportunity note in the system - So that we can tag the job opportunity, write our feedback on the recruitment cycle for the hiring team to review. The review notes are a little obscure for this.

Value-for-money ATS!

Comments: Very good choice for small businesses - We paid a fraction of what most ATS would charge for the features we get on RecruiterPal.

Pros:

Their SaaS model allows us the flexibility to swap our user licences across line managers - That makes it very affordable for us, and at the same time, allows us to involve the line managers in the recruitment process, which saves us a lot of time from the back and forth (previously we had to email the resumes to the line managers).

Cons:

Currently the licence can only be swapped if the line manager tagged to the licence is not having any active jobs - Would be good to have a tag to show which licences are currently "non-swappable" so that we can easily figure it out on the users screen.

A great start for us to digitize our recruitment

Comments: Wonderful discovery that help change the way we manage our hiring process

Pros:

Our firm was on the lookout for a system to digitize our recruitment as the application volume grew to a point where it was quite messy and frankly impossible to manage. We were glad to discover RecruiterPal, and took their free trial to see if we could use their system to manage our recruitment. It was very easy to get the hang of the user flow - We rolled it out to a single department first, but now we are looking at rolling out firm-wide - A very good software to start with.

Cons:

Not at all - RecruiterPal features are quite complete, and so far we have had a good experience (whch is why we are rolling this out to the entire company instead) - Highly recommended.

Cons:

I would make it cost less but it wasn’t a big enough drawback to not use.
