Pros:

Its very easy to use and does everything we want it to do. The customer support team are very helpful and responsive

Cons:

Would like to have more options to design the buttons and fonts.

Wish we went onvoard earlier. It's been great so far!

Comments: We had issues trying to gather reviews effectively for our products and our site. Using Onvoard has definitely addressed those issues and it has definitely made a difference in social proofing our products and our brand.

Pros:

We were looking for a review app that would easily be integrated into the web platform we're using. Onvoard was just that. To our delight, the app itself is so flexible in terms of determining timing, frequency, and setup of review prompts. All our queries were met with ease and swiftly responded to. We especially wanted a review prompt that either pops up into a webpage or in-email (but later found out why this was risky), sent after a certain trigger, and will easily be integrated into our site.

Cons:

It would be nice to have an automated weekly "round-up" of reviews. Sometimes we do forget we're running Onvoard and we don't check it. So a small reminder of "the stats of reviews" we've collected in the past week would be a nice indication. Also, showing these star ratings on Google search page would be a great plus. Would also be great if Onvoard + Easystore has some sort of discount code creation flow that is specific to certain reviewers.

Pros:

It helps me a lot to manage the storage of certain products. The automatic notifications to costumer is a real time-saver!

Cons:

I wish the notification could be sent faster…

Simple to use, very friendly for small business

Comments: Back in stock helps us a lot. I can know what's people want now and don't have to stock too much.

Pros:

Friendly trial experience, very functional, great customer service. It really solved my problem.

Cons:

Sometimes it can't show really exactly, thus some customers think it didn't work well. But it doesn't really matter.

Pros:

Reviews. The main purpose of subscribing was because of this feature.

Cons:

I would hope to receive a notification emails when someone submitted a review. I'll always have to check via OnVoard console. I'm not sure if I couldn't find the setting to do it, or it's not available to do so. Kindly let me know how if it's doable. And, I also hope that reviews could be shared to social platforms. I have seen other websites having reviews feature with the share button and I thought it might be a good tool for business owners to share on our FB/ IG accounts.

Comments: Generally love the app - it’s perfect for what I need on my website. I also highly commend the support team for their quick responses to my queries.

Pros:

Absolutely love this app! It's really easy to use, quick to set up and has various customization options (three very important points for me as a small business owner). The support is also amazing - I had a few questions and the response was very quick. Absolutely recommend this app.

Pros:

This product is comprehensive and reasonably priced. It works as expected every time, and the customer service is always timely and spot on.

Rich features, fairly priced, great support

Comments: Amazing. Brilliant app.

Pros:

Packed full of features. Allowed us to replace 2-3 apps we were using, with OnVoard. The support is great, helped get us set up and understand the app.

Cons:

Only that some elements were a little difficult to understand regarding the process of set up initially and I work in online marketing and ecommerce, web design also, however, once explained by support it's fairly easy to use.

Pros:

easy to integrate value of money easy to connect with easystore

Cons:

don't have rating system so I need to use easystore app to make my users rate the product. in that way, user cannot directly give a rating in email

Thank you for your review! Yes product reviews is in my roadmap and is something that I am currently working on. The next version of OnVoard, slated to be released in a few months time, will be 10X better and includes: - Drag and drop email editor - Product reviews - User segmentation - Multi-steps workflows with branch logics This would allow you to fully control the outlook (using the editor) and workflow of your emails when asking for product reviews. I'll shortly follow up to show you some screenshots for a little sneak preview.
