From there we found that this tool had several other features that helped us, such as integrations with Mailchimp, custom buttons for web and mail, metrics, and more. In addition, its Enterprise version allows full integration with Salesforce, custom branding, analytics, among others. > > **Cons**: Being a freemium tool, its free version has quite limited options. Eventable looked great. As there was no trial option I decided to buy a month. Turned out that it takes up to 8 hours for the events to appear in the guest's calendar after signing up - absolutely useless as I want to ensure a seamless experience for my guest. Also, I find this is quite an important expect of the product - I wish they would either fix it or be upfront with it. The support was not responsive. Now, after cancelling I am still trying to reach out as the invoice does not include all the information my finance department will need. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. Unfortunately, absolute waist of time and money.
