Most hosts don't provide enough information and expect pricing based on the range listed by Turno which is inaccurate for most regions. Also, it's difficult to chat with hosts after bidding as many hosts don't respond to messages. There should be some criteria for the host to respond as it wastes cleaners time messaging to ask for more clarifications. The range of price that Turno lists between regions when bidding is not very accurate which creates an inaccurate expectation of market price. For example, a 2500 sqft home with 4 bedrooms 3 baths and the range Turno gives for a specific region is $90 to $120. That's not accurate at all. No one is going to clean that home in that range, first of all. When you do bid higher, hosts aren't going to accept it because Turno has given them a range which is much lower.
