> **Cons**: Would like a hard stop on visit notes if they are "long visits" prior to finalizing the note instead of getting a notification after the visit has been locked. Requested this feature nearly 2 years ago.
> 
> Good, system is user friendly and customer service is good. Nurses on our staff that have used other systems say it is the "kindergarten" of charting systems because it is so easy.
