Comments: It has been the perfect customizable software for us to implement with our tire dealers. It has allowed us to merge our intranet, store database, loyalty points program, and in-store TV program.
Pros: It is customizable to give us exactly what we need. We have been able to develop it to include all of our store's database, TV program, Loyalty Points program, and intranet.
Cons: I haven't come across any cons. If there's ever a glitch, Engynn is there to fix it immediately. The staff at Engynn are always quick to respond and willing to work with you to solve any issue.
Overall my experience with Engynn has been great! Product itself and customer support are top-notch.

Pros: I like the flexibility of the software the most. There are so many options and add on's to really ensure the program is set up for what work's best for you and your company. The customer service is amazing as well - there is always someone to reach out to for assistance and response times are quick.
Cons: The only con I can think of at this point would be the learning curve attached to starting a new program. It definitely takes some practice and patience to learn all of the features, but once that is learned it is smooth sailing.
