> We've been using MoeGo CRM at Spitz Groom for some time now, and it has become an integral part of our day-to-day operations. As a busy grooming salon, having one platform to manage bookings, client communication, reminders, online scheduling, digital forms, payments, and reporting has made a significant difference to both our efficiency and the overall client experience.&#10;&#10;One of the standout features is the continuous development of the platform. The team genuinely listens to customer feedback and regularly releases meaningful improvements rather than simply maintaining the status quo. It's reassuring to know the software is constantly evolving alongside the needs of the pet care industry.&#10;&#10;The customer support team has also been excellent. > **Cons**: Support is bad, the time to get support is painful which is what is leading me to ensure others know that you cannot really count on support for urgent things here. It's appalling how bad the response time is here

> Overall is been a good experience, the software is top notch. It's above average when it comes to pricing but for a multi location business, it's worth it. However, support is bad, really bad. The AI tool solves a good portion of the issues, but if you need to get a hold of a human to report an issue, you'll be waiting for hours. I have had cases that span through multiple days. &#10;&#10;I've had too many bad experiences here and it's what's leading me to write this non-positive review

> **Pros**: Our onboarding rep was very sweet and tried her best to help us. Unfortunately, this was the lone bright spot.

> **Cons**: What a terrible decision... We moved from Gingr to Moego in an attempt to improve our internal process and well as our client booking experience. We could not have had a more opposite result. The system is incredibly flawed, simple tasks that we've managed for years in Gingr simply don't exist or are 5x more complicated.&#10;&#10;We've had calls nearly every day from clients saying how much they hate the new system. Our team wanted nothing to do with it. We got pummeled from every direction while Moego had very few solutions, more so just acknowledged that there were issues and they would look into it.&#10;&#10;We made this switch because we were expecting to get 100% of Gingr + the few exciting features that sold us on Moego. &#10;&#10;We couldn't get out of there fast enough, we've transitioned back to Gingr. Their Director has no sympathy for the awful experience we've put our team/clients through and is demanding an early cancellation fee. &#10;&#10;Laughable experience all the way around. Buyer beware.
