One of the standout features is the continuous development of the platform. Unfortunately, this was the lone bright spot. > > **Cons**: What a terrible decision... We moved from Gingr to Moego in an attempt to improve our internal process and well as our client booking experience. We could not have had a more opposite result. The system is incredibly flawed, simple tasks that we've managed for years in Gingr simply don't exist or are 5x more complicated. We've had calls nearly every day from clients saying how much they hate the new system. Our team wanted nothing to do with it. We got pummeled from every direction while Moego had very few solutions, more so just acknowledged that there were issues and they would look into it. We made this switch because we were expecting to get 100% of Gingr + the few exciting features that sold us on Moego. We couldn't get out of there fast enough, we've transitioned back to Gingr. Their Director has no sympathy for the awful experience we've put our team/clients through and is demanding an early cancellation fee. Laughable experience all the way around.
