> **Pros**: The "sales" representative didn't waste any time listening to what we wanted to accomplish and went straight to dismissing us because he wanted to sell us something we didn't need.

> **Cons**: They advertised the solution (direct routing and SIP trunks) we needed but they weren't willing to provide that solution.  They only wanted to sell us a fully managed solution that we don't need or want.

> Now that we have experienced their sales process, we would not work with this company if they provided the service for free.  We need a solution provider that is stable and trustworthy.  We would be concerned about their longevity given the experience we have had.

> **Cons**: The few times we've encountered higher level issues it's taken some work to get the correct support engineer on our case to get things resolved.
> 
> We are generally very pleased with our Momentum service. We came to them via an acquisition and despite a slightly rocky migration the service since going live has been outstanding.
