> **Pros**: Spiceworks Network Mapper is a great tool to auto discover your network.  If you are new to an environment and want to see what’s out there, this tool will help you figure things out.  Switches, Servers, PCs, and pretty much anything with a NIC card will show up and give you a clue as to what type of electronic organization you have.  It works quick and is set to discover most of the time.
