> **Pros**: The Empaction E-mail Module has been a great partner of our business for a long time, mainly because it offers speed and efficiency in marketing actions and allows us to evaluate the impacts that these actions generated for the business. Unlike other aggressive communication models via e-mail, Empaction provided a light and pleasant interaction with customers and made sure that our messages did not appear to be spam.

> **Cons**: Although it has enough structure to deploy the tool, our employees encountered many difficulties in terms of support, especially when there were flaws in geographic reports and customer maps. Apart from this operational issue, the Empaction E-mail Module service does not present any major weaknesses.
> 
> The use of the Empaciton E-mail Module was very important to establish trust when communicating with our customers. For a long time, this was our main support in marketing actions. However, over time, we needed a tool capable of communicating in real time and, therefore, we chose to replace it. However, we do not rule out the possibility of using the Empaction e-mail module again, as it is more complete, as it makes maps, reports available, provides content in a secure manner and allows the company's autonomy in reach management.
