- You can have a quick tracking of your package.
- The tool is very good to communicate with the team and work as a integrated team with contractors  and client.
- The mobility app is that we need to track deficiencies and do observations.
- The Pharonyx team is pro-active, adaptive, listen to our needs and delivered new development sprint every 2 weeks.

Beau soutien lors de la formation avec les heures à la carte.

Impossible de générer un rapport en utilisant plusieurs projets à la fois. 
Ajouter la sauvegarde automatique 
Ajout d'un mode Hors ligne pour les zones sans réseau ou réseau faible.
Manque un manuel d'instruction pour les moins doués en informatique. 
Le coût est élevé pour plusieurs utilisateur. (selon mes besoins)
Formation de groupe qui pourrait être moins couteuse que les heures à la carte.

La facilité de centraliser les communications.
L'accessibilité à différents fichier via les intervenants de différentes entreprises = plus besoin d'utiliser WeTransfer ou d'autres plateformes de partages

> **Cons**: Il y avait auparavant une certaine lenteur à déposer des photos.
Il faudrait un système de notifications centralisé. Lorsque nous gérons plus de 100 projets, c'est difficile d'entrer dans chacun d'eux afin de voir s'il y a des notifications.
