Comments: Great value for money

Effectively its a paywall for my subscription newsletter and its easy to use

Comments: I offer a paid-subscription service in the Australian tertiary education sector. It's crucial to the success of my business model that the information I share isn't distributed beyond the people who pay for it. Digify allows me to specify who gets access to my newsletters, how long the content is visible to them, and it provides me with a number of other optional built-in safeguards that all but eliminate the option of my information being shared beyond my subscribers.

Pros:

Digify is highly intuitive. It allows me to quickly and easily put restrictions on the documents I want to share so that only the people I send them to have access. The couple of times I've needed customer service assistance the staff have been terrific.

Cons:

The app doesn't yet have all the usability that is on offer when people read documents shared via Digify in their browser. I would also appreciate the ability to set hyperlinks in my documents to open automatically in a new tab.

Useful product

Comments: I am very happy with digify. Mainly, I am pleased with how easy it is to use for what I need it for.

Pros:

From the user's point of view, it is very easy to navigate through the different functions offered by Digify. The look is clean, efficient, and simple.

Cons:

Many of my clients complain that they are unable to open digify links. This happens only occassionally, but it is frustrating since I do not know if it is an issue with the client or with the link itself.

Comments: Sharing safely documents in virtual audits

Pros:

The software is very easy to use for our customers and offers exactly the required scope of services for our use case.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of would be a more detailed permission assignment at document level (see all documents and download a specific document).

Reasons for Switching to Digify: Less transparent pricing models, more expensive, no independent administration possible, longer lead times

Digify for Secure Data Rooms

Comments: The main use case for us has been sharing confidential information under CDA with remote partners.

Pros:

Digify is a simple, flexible and powerful system for securely sharing confidential information with potential partners.

Cons:

The interface is much simpler than for other more expensive products. Over time we've come to appreciate this, at is makes simpler for new partners to review content.

A professional service that creates a lasting impression.

Comments: Great but too expensive to keep as an ongoing service.

Pros:

The customisation of the data room and the size of data available to me.

Cons:

The cost. This is an expensive service for a start-up who needs quality at a good cost.

Digital student kits

Comments: HAs saved cost of printing and ease of issuing kits to the students.

Pros:

Instead of Printing hard copies of the manual , we provide a digital copy to the student.

Cons:

Nothing as most of the requirements are met.

Simple and Most Effective VDR

Comments: Fantastic Solution at a reasonable price.

Pros:

Simple and extremely efficient user interface.

I did not find any parameter that i would not like about the platform.

Pros:

The product was very easy to use both in terms of loading info and general setup.

Nothing comes to mind, for each area that we use this service for, it is easy.

Pros:

The simplicity of the functions; especially interface for the functional users. The ability to switch of the monthly billing for a period time since in our case we can't justify continuous use.

Cons:

A somewhat lower cost would help us - especially for companies that are non-US based where IT budgets are hard to justify to management.

I found Digify really easy to use, very intuitive and it had a nice, clean interface

Adding people takes more clicks that needed and it's intuitive. I had to play around quite a bit to find how to do that

Digify Experience

Comments: I confirm a positive experience that I would expand to work groups if it cost a little less, updating sections and permissions costs a little too much I hope it doesn't force us to look for other providers

Pros:

The most important features are the secure and organized way to share documentation with counterparties under NDA agreement. I found it easy but not all the teams and counterparties, I exercised using it because I was selected and inserted as owner so it is easier working on it always at the need daily nearly. Instead we can insert a reduced number of co-owner and to add them it is expensive.

Cons:

I think it improved and I could and will improve progressively, I trust in this working for a Fintech.

Worth the Money

Comments: We have loved it. We are able to share sensitive financial information with CPAs, share proprietary information, and appreciated the opportunity to work with a Digify on-boarding specialist.

Pros:

We send a lot of proprietary information to prospective investor clients which cannot be allowed out of our hands. With the Digify restrictions, we can limit time viewed, access, forwarding, printing, downloading, and even make it difficult to screenshot the pages. The setup was straightforward and we use the Data rooms pretty heavily.

Cons:

The setup for each link and who gets what is a little cumbersome, but I don't know how they would improve it as--if you're using this software--you need to specify who and what has an opportunity to see/download/print your shared information. I would like to see a way to set up a rule for information being sent under a set of circumstances that can be uniformly applied to new recipients.

Digify simply does what its supposed to.

Comments: Love it.

Pros:

As a start up, we needed a quick, simple and safe way to give investors access to our corporate documents for the due diligence process. After trying via sharepoint and via Blackberry workspaces (none of which worked without an army of IT folks) I had literally had 24 hours to source and set up a VDR and found Digify and the set up and support was quick and professional and I got it done on time and have been using it since exclusively.

Cons:

I only wish there was a means to search by guest from the home page and quickly find which room the guest has access to and what their access history is.

Great product

Comments: Overall experience has been very good. No issues of any kind really, and any questions have been answered promptly. Very responsive and helpful customer support.

Pros:

Digify is easy to use and feature rich, and is a much better value for the money than a previous provider we used in the past.

Cons:

I would like to be able to add an occasional account user to the account without having to purchase an additional license. Additional reporting features would also be beneficial.

The feature to bulk share files and the feature to restrict by domain.

Not in Portuguese yet as instructions for the end users with a little experience with IT and quite challenging.

Easily Share Your Data in Confidential Manner

Comments: Digify allows our teams full access to data and files, while fully protecting the data. You can use to Digify to easily prevent file recipients from downloading, forwarding, copying, posting, re-posting or sharing data with unauthorized people. The Digify team is remarkably responsive, and they regularly roll out additional new features.

Pros:

Remarkable ease of use, with simple customizable setting even for inexperienced users. We use it in Windows, IOS and Android seamlessly.

Cons:

None. We had a few minor tweak suggestions, and Digify implemented those right away.

Great value for a firm with limited budget allocation to online tools

Pros:

I used to work in investment banking and private equity and used expensive VDRs like Merrill or Intralinks. I always thought it was overpriced for the limited usage we had in typical DD processes. Digify has all the right functionalities at a fraction of the price.

Cons:

It seems like some international corporates have difficulties logging in sometimes since their security standards might be higher than what Digify offers.

Best and Secure way to share sensitive document

Comments: Great.

Pros:

Patients data and record are very critical in our business. We can share it with trust of Digify.

Cons:

Sometime the UI seems complex to understand for beginner, but as you use it, you will know it.. so no complaints

Secure platform to store, communicate, share

Comments: Excellent solution to keep document secure while sharing and communicating inside & outside of your organization - no matter how large or small.

Pros:

Many features of digify : you can use it in a team environment, or alone as a startup. You can micro-manage permissions. Very very easy and user friendly. I wish all platforms were so easy to use.

Cons:

No EU servers yet - but they are working on it.

Pros:

Ease of use, ability to blow up files on a specified date, and most of all the ability to send files in a read-only format, so the recipient cannot print or forward. This is exactly what I needed! As a court reporter, I am required to give people the option of reviewing their transcripts. With Digify, I am able to fulfill that requirement, but without letting them get to keep their transcript for free (and by extension, letting their attorneys get them for free!). So grateful for this service!

Cons:

I really have no complaints, but if I were to get extra nitpicky, I would like an option on the drop-down menu to be able to input number of days in which to blow up a file (in my case, 30 days), so I don't have to figure out 30 days through the calendar option. But that would literally only save me a few seconds per file, so not a huge deal.
