Its easy to setup and configure to your specific needs and the possibilty to create your own selections/filters is very powerful. The fact that all configuration can be done by yourself makes it cost effective and shortens lead times. It's fast and easy to create, plan and report jobs in the system. Good functionality to upload images to jobs, assets,persons and items and also create navigation to assets in the images. The search functionality is outstanding with dynamic result filtering. No more banging heads on the desk when wondering what fields need to be populated in Maximo or SAP in order to get a work order closed. These added fields can also then be used to create KPIs and reports that are relevant to what we do. > > **Cons**: My one main concern would be the handling of routes/rounds as this tends to mean work order history is recorded against a PM and not at Asset level. Having said that i believe this is being looked at for the next release. > > Probably the most user friendly CMMS system i have encountered and that includes Maximo, SAP, AMOS, Workmate, RAST and others. Ok you may not get all the bells and whistles that you would from the larger systems but you also don't get the massive costs and the difficulty managing them and there is no need to be a SQL guru to get what you need to and from the system.
