If there's a problem, they are on it same day and resolving according to my needs. I believe its worth every penny of investment since the overall safety plans created match the state Ohio's needs and make filing annual certification much more effective. As an Admin user you are able to see your entire building at once and have a quick look at your rosters as well as participate in a private chat amongst staff in case of an emergency situation. The ability to have our floor maps and safety plans readily available as well help us and any first responders that may need to get into the building to help.
