This is huge because I can know instantly what type of transaction I am looking at based on the number sequence. Secondly, is the dynamic ability to make changes and corrections. Very easy. Customer Support is readily available and the new IA interface isn't too bad. Secondary level support usually answers quickly. LOVE the fact we can add our pdf's/Excel directly into the program and very easily transfer to Excel or Word for further working. The budget process through to progress billings is a good and efficient process for our Project Managers and Accounting Teams. > > **Cons**: Limiting the users from accessing modules can be time consuming. Setting up templates per module also has to be done per user. The upgrade of the program is times consuming when we have to do them. It is based on the size of your files but I can take 2 hours just for the first step in the process because our file is large.
