> **Pros**: We started the automation process and worked it as a project for more than 2 years, still haven't finished, it really needs time and work when the company is huge. So if anyone considers automation, they should at least have a project for more than 2 years. Automation is not an easy work.
> 
> **Cons**: Scanning\&Indexing process was mostly done manually before the automation and still havent been completely automated. Some invoices from such same format have been automated but still need lots of work. If the company can get invoices in clean pdf format, the software works perfect. Also Intertec's customer support was also very friendly and swift.
> 
> If the format of the invoice is an image, it sometimes gets wrong figures, needs double checking.
