It's already saved me $1,000 in billing that I would have forgotten to bill. It's also keeping in touch with our prospective clients when I am busy with other clients.  Love this application\!

The Circles tool allows me to segment different clients into different Service Types.  For example, people booking a one off service have a different experience to people booking long term service plan.
