With the HR software, we set up automated reminders and review cycles. Last quarter, for the first time, 100% of reviews were completed on time. This boosted employee morale and saved HR countless hours of chasing managers.&#10;&#10;Centralized Employee Records&#10;We previously maintained files in different folders and spreadsheets. During audits, HR had to scramble to pull out data. Now, everything from offer letters to training certificates is stored in one place. When the labor inspector visited last month, we retrieved documents in minutes instead of hours. It created a very professional impression for the company.

The Leave Management system has been particularly helpful for both managers and employees to view and manage PTO in one centralized location.
