Comments: I've been using it for years with 20+ different clients for my email & SMS marketing agency and I love using it everyday.

Pros:

Ease of use, segmentation builder is great, overall the flow of working in Omnisend is much smoother than in other similar platforms. I can get stuff done fast and easy. Unique discount codes are easy to create and use in campaigns and automations. SMS is cost-effective with their Pro plan.

Cons:

Omnisend lacks some advanced/situational features that you need once in a blue moon, but their team is very receptive to feedback so I use every chance I get to share feedback with them and help improve the product. The only major area where I feel it is lacking compared to other similar platforms is reporting & analytics - but as far as I know it is on their roadmap for Q4 to improve this.

Comments: We have loved working with Omnisend, the quarterly meetings are helpful to give us new things to try and strategies to implement. They also ask for our opinion on features we would like to see and take them back to the developers and overall we've seen positive changes come from that.

Pros:

I love the email builder, it's very easy to work with and understand. Also their customer support is AMAZING. If an issue arises they are quick to respond and help us figure out the problem. They also are continuing to integrate with apps that shopify uses and we've been enjoying the benefits of that.

Cons:

Our company really loved the scratch and win feature and it was removed when the builder was upgraded. Also when utilizing the mobile only features there is a button at the bottom that displays the email again with desktop features which can be slightly confusing to customers.

Cost effective email marketing

Comments: I like it. It's not perfect, but neither are we. It helps us get the job done efficiently and has the opportunity to grow. Plus, I have been happy with the support.

Pros:

We have 2m contacts in our database, and no other tool is as cost-effective for efficiently emailing them. Omnisend also has great e-commerce functionality, like SMS and easy-to-use form builders. Our account manager has been very helpful.

Cons:

This is great for B2C, not B2B. Creating lists is difficult and managing our database is almost impossible..

A Must-Have Tool for Efficient Email Marketing Automation

Comments: Overall, Omnisend has been a fantastic tool for our agency. Pros:

Omnisend's user-friendly interface and robust automation features are outstanding. We love how easy it is to set up sophisticated email campaigns, from segmentation to personalisation. The ability to seamlessly integrate with multiple platforms and the drag-and-drop editor makes creating professional email templates a breeze. The reporting features provide actionable insights, allowing us to track performance and optimise campaigns effectively.

Cons:

The only minor drawback is that the platform can feel a bit limited when dealing with advanced multi-channel marketing across SMS and push notifications. While it covers email marketing exceptionally well, some more complex features or integrations with other channels could benefit from further enhancement.

Comments: Overall I am very happy and use it regularly. It has replaced our other tools as the go to for email campaigns, sign-up form builder, welcome automations and cart abandonment automations.

Pros:

The email builder is easy to use and the automations are straight-forward and easy to setup.

Cons:

I would like to be able to see orders from all campaigns and automations in one place. I find it is a bit of work to jump between all the active automations and recent campaigns to see which one drove sales. Cost of SMS is higher than other providers, which has prevented us from using the SMS more.

The best features and service all in one platform

Comments: My experience has been spectacular and my business has seen immense growth since using Omnisend.

Pros:

The customer service and featured integrations with Shopify, Facebook, and Smile.io.

Cons:

For advanced users accustomed to creating custom HTML forms, it can be tricky to integrate additional functionality at first.

Comments: Customer service is always amazing, they never leave you stranded. QUestions got answered quick!

Pros:

Easy creating email and workflow, the company also keep improving their service very quick!

Cons:

The connectivity to shopify and just need more features, but you get what you have paid for, i feel that Omnisend is powerful enough for the price

Comments: Overall it has been great and the support is always there when needed.

Pros:

It is easy to use. They have pre-set templates to choose from. Easy to read and understand reports and able to create custom segments for audience.

Cons:

it does not show open rates for the SMS messages. This is vital to know how the texts are performing

Pros:

It was the most value for money product with all the features one would want with its CRM system.

Cons:

The time taken to propagate emails can be optimised a bit more.

Comments: We’ve been using Omnisend for over 5 years and recommend it as our #1 email marketing platform due to the personalized support and learning resources. The ease of use is perfect for anyone looking to get started with email marketing in a quick and highly effective way.

Pros:

Working with our CSM and strategizing how we can improve our email marketing for our clients each month. I also love the customer support and how helpful the team is with all of my questions and product feature requests.

Cons:

Limited integrations with tools such as Yotpo.

Great value and service

Pros:

Super easy to use and set up with lots of options for segmentation/automation at a reasonable price point. The support is excellent too.

Cons:

While the pre-designed email templates could be much better, it's very easy to create your own customised templates, which I found much more effective for our brand.

I don't really have a con. In the almost 3 years that i've been using it, I think i've only had one issue and customer service was very helpful.

Extremely effective! No problems

Comments: Very easy to integrate apps, manage flows and switch accounts to work on different stores. Love it!

Pros:

I liked how easy it is to use and manage, the best part is how easy the abandoned flows are to create. No coding experience is needed and there are never any issues. Segments, pop ups and campaigns are extremely easy to set up and there is no guesswork when it comes to creating a strategy with the additional help blogs Omnisend provides. Their support team is unmatched a 10 out of 5 stars from me!

Cons:

The analytics could be improved so I can see more than just the last mon of results, additionally, a text-based email would be great to add to some of my flows as a more personal touch.

Comments: I’ve enjoyed Omnisend for my small business! While I am not personally the greatest at running email campaigns, setting up customized email automation has been life changing.

Pros:

I love the statistics Omnisend provides regarding my email campaigns and the ease of creating and sending out new email campaigns. I also love that there are detailed instructions available to help automate custom emails for customers.

Cons:

I wish there were more options for design creation, and I wish it were easier to resend order confirmation emails for my store. There have been multiple times I’ve been asked to resend the confirmation and I can’t seem to resend the original email.
