> **Pros**: \* Multiple rate plans - N/A on Resbook &#10;\* Automatic charging for both direct and OTA bookings -  card details for OTA    bookings had to be manually input to charge on Resbook&#10;\* Booking engine works well on mobile  - a big improvement&#10;\* Channel manager integrated within Preno - (Staah) &#10;\* Simple management of rates and restrictions incl CTA and CTD not offered by Resbook&#10;\* Integration with Xero - we were hesitant , but so worth it&#10;\* Easy to use - training is a breeze&#10;\* Drag and drop to move bookings &#10;\* Has a system generated registration form - sounds obvious but.. not to Resbook

> Preno solved no problems whatsoever. I don’t understand why the owner even went into this line of work if they couldn’t solve even the most basic of problems. Only worried about selling the product and employing more marketing people than perfecting their product and providing customer service.
