> **Pros**: Screenfluence has provided a way to communicate to all of our franchises across the country. It gives them an opportunity to view real time data, not only on the operations level, but safety as well. We are able to share important updates and shoutouts with our entire crews at the click of a button.

> **Cons**: The amount of time it disconnects from the internet. There are many times the "not connected to the internet" screen pops up. It usually goes away after a few minutes, but it can be distracting.
