Accounting and ERP software for business

Comments: Overall good software with with many features, unless we use it complete advantage of software can not be taken.

Pros:

Marg ERP is accounting and ERP solution for small and medium enterprises. Some of the noted features are as below: 1. Complete accounting and Inventory solution for business also support bar code scan. 2. Marg ERP also support complete GST solutions like GST return filing, E way bill solution 3. It has solution for all types of business like retail chain, manufacturing, POS, Distribution, Pharma business, jewelry business etc. 4. software has very best accounting features like detailed MIS and reports availability, auto posting of recurring entries etc. which makes the business more productive . Also it has integrated android app.

Cons:

1. It has tons of features but that creates confusion sometime, if there is no awareness about how to use features than it creates more issues than solution. 2. User interface is not much intuitive, which can be improved. 3.We sometime faced that customer support response is very poor, once product is sold then their team don't care much about customer problems nor they provide sufficient training.

Software is Good

Comments: Software is Good but if you need support for software then Marg will Kick you to local support & Local support will Kick you to Marg. You become helpless. Most interesting part is that Marg charges for Annual Subscription / Renewal Charges & above it Local Support Charges you separately for their support. For this cahrges related querry, No one in Marg is ready to reply, you keep on sending emails they want bordure to reply. If you call support / Helpline number they will not take your matter seriously & won't divert your call to any senior person or responsible person.

Pros:

Range Of Reports available is very interesting

Cons:

Detailed GST Rapports, We can easily compare it with Online GST

Comments: I would like to suggest all MSMES to use this software once after that he will be unstoppable in his sales.This is not only a software .its a business 10xbooster.
