Manages several different types of content seamlessly and the communication piece of the technology is extremely efficient, as are the evaluation tools. > > **Cons**: You do need to be able to clearly outline to Planstone what your needs are upfront so they can customize and build the system to your specifications. Changes can be made along the way but its best to have a full understanding of the capabilities and then have a discovery meeting with Planstone on how to best set it up for your own use. > > We could not be happier with Planstone. We have worked with them for almost three years and they have gone above and beyond to customize their content management system for us. They are quick to respond, take the lead on project management in a proactive way I've never seen with any other vendor, and they really listen to our needs.
