> **Pros**: I love the feature where you can update daily, weekly, or monthly on your Lattice. Also, goal setting is great. It helps getting on-track with goals you create and you can provide any updates and progress you have made.

> **Cons**: The small part of goal-setting. It doesn't suit my preferred ease of use.

> Overall, Lattice is a great tool to track your career goal setting. You can set-up on-on-one with your manager to discuss your performance highlights or lowlights and attain performance improvement. Also, you can provide feedbacks as well as receive one.

We are also able to fill out a bi-weekly form saying how we are feeling and what we are working on that week so our supervisor knows if they should reach out to check in.

> **Cons**: A con about Lattice is that it is difficult to attach your calendar on Lattice to your teams calendar. This causes issues when I have a 1:1 approaching but there is no appointment on my calendar made so sometimes I don't always catch the 1:1 meetings with my manager.

> Overall I enjoy this system. I think it is a good way to organize your 1:1 meetings, and keep any feedback made my team members that is visible to both yourself and your manager. It is a really organized way to handed yearly reviews and archive the reviews previously received so you can continue to track your goals and your growth.
