Successfully passing information through from our ERP to CRM and back again. For what they do, I don't believe there is a better option on the market. The hourly sync ensures our sales and customer service teams always have access to the most current information on invoices, customer accounts, and order history without having to switch between systems. It has improved our workflow efficiency and strengthened collaboration between departments.

> **Pros**: Software appears to work, but is time consuming to integrate. We have an unpopular ERP system, and perhaps that is part of the issue.

> **Cons**: They do not care about the customer, only getting their money. Read your terms thoroughly before proceeding. Their onboarding process involves animated characters describing the process. Might be helpful to some, but my IT manager thought the whole process was so unusual he asked if we should stop earlier on. I wish I listened to him. Now we're locked into an expensive one-year contract they will not let me out of even with understandable reason.
