> **Pros**: If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.  The only good thing about them is that everything is all in one place.  They make promises they can't keep and hold vendor information hostage.

> **Cons**: Restrictive contracts that remove payment autonomy of business.  Terrible customer service. Unreliable payment delivery.  No resolution to recurring issues. Frequent errors in their system's indexing that result in more time spent fixing issues than with hand entering.

> My company used Ottimate for 4 years.  During that time, they were nothing but trouble.  They make their money by converting your vendors to virtual cards without your approval.  Their payment module is so bad they won't even accept payments through it themselves, requiring you instead to sign up for automatic payments directly from your bank or credit card, while routing your vendors through multiple third parties.
