> **Pros**: The checklist and lists in tasks allows me to breakdown tasks within what I call my "protected time". Through the checklists within tasks, I can "sprint" my activities more effectively, thus I am more productive.

> **Cons**: Dragging tasks or activities on a month view does not seem to work. Also, an offline Application will really be helpful rather than a bookmark.

> As a manager for my new company, I needed a very flexible planner which allows me to reserve time for my tasks. I tried using other calendars, but Dayviewer gave me what I needed. It had a way of creating checklists within tasks, thus having that natural feel of using a paper planner by hand but through an application. Dayviewer has since helped me become more organized.

> **Pros**: There are many features I like about this product like being able to color code our work flow and the automatic messages it sends to our drivers when they have a job assigned to them.  It also has a feature that allows the driver to pull up the map and directions to the location where they have to deliver.  But I must say the most impressive feature is the response from the customer service team.  They have responded immediately every time and actually fixed our issues sometimes within an hour.

> **Cons**: Recurring calendar entries are the one feature that is a little more cumbersome then the last product we used.  But when I asked them about it they did make some changes to it to make it a little easier.   The training/Guide could be a little more comprehensive.  Some explanations tell you what the feature is but not really how to find it.

> Overall the product functions smoothly and is very helpful to our business.  If there is a feature you need or isn't working they are very responsive to your needs.
