The automated rate shopping and cartonization mean orders go out the most cost-effective way without anyone manually picking boxes and carriers order by order. It also integrates cleanly with NetSuite and the rest of our systems, so orders flow straight through fulfillment without us re-keying anything. For a growing apparel brand shipping both wholesale and DTC, that automation has been the biggest win. Their customer service has been top notch too whenever we've needed help dialing something in. > > **Cons**: If I have to pick something, there is a learning curve up front. Getting all the shipping rules, pack configurations, and carrier settings dialed in took some time because there is a lot the software can do. With rules, we can turn it into a box that is just 48" wide. Customer support is the best of any software company we have/are using. You have to submit support tickets to know why certain carriers don't show up as an option.
